Is at4x overkill for me?

Looking at the 2026 Sierra and trying to decide between at4 and at4x so I need some help. The idea is mostly trails and dirt roads so maybe the at4x is overkill but why not have the ability if needed. Can't make up my mind so maybe you guys can do it for me. Thanks!
