I've had my 2024 GMC Sierra AT4 for about 4 mos now, mostly using it for weekend trips into the mountains near Bozeman and hauling gear for my girlfriend's landscaping side job. I just installed the Banks MAP sensor spacer as my first mod and I'm trying to learn if others have seen actual improvements. A coworker at the shop said he tried one on his Tahoe and took it off after 2 weeks because he didn't notice a difference. I know it's a small change but I'm tracking my fuel economy and driveability over the next few tanks. Has anyone here stuck with this mod long term on a newer AT4?

I've got a 2023 Sierra AT4 too. I use it to tow my small boat and hit trails on weekends near Big Bear. Put the Banks spacer on about 6 months ago, not a big change, but the gas pedal felt a little smoother, especially when pulling weight. Didn't see much difference in MPG, but it drives nicer uphill. I left it on since it didn't cause any problems and was easy to install.

While I haven't seen any MPG shift yet, I'm watching for changes in throttle response under load. I've got a few hauling runs planned this month, so I'll see if it smooths out uphill like you mentioned. Did you ever clean your MAP sensor before installing the spacer or just go straight in? If nothing weird pops up by the end of September, I'll probably leave it on and move on to the intake next.
