Vibration After Readylift

Installed a Readylift on my AT4 and now I'm chasing down this vibration that doesnt want to leave me alone, I thought it'd go on its own but its been 3 weeks now, the truck was running smooth before the lift, I've checked the alignment and it seems to be good, the wheels are balanced, and everything appears to be torqued to spec, also theres no visible issues underneath. I've read a few threads about CV angles or preload causing similar problems, but I've not seen any clear answer concerning that yet
If you've dealt with this I would really appreciate hearing what worked. I dont want to pull the kit, but I'm not living with this shake forever either.

Thanks for bringing this up. I have been through the same so I understand the stress. I ended up swapping to indexed diff drop spacers and it tamed my AT4.
 
@Aart Aftermarket lifts, even leveling kits, can definitely cause that vibration on AT4s.
If alignment and balance are good, your prime suspect is indeed the CV axle angles. Even if they 'look' fine, the operating angle under load can be just enough to cause that shake.
You might need to look into a differential drop to correct the geometry, or sometimes even new upper control arms that are designed for lifted applications to improve the ball joint angles
